  9. We always recommend that participants take out cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
  10. LimosaLimosa reserves the right to cancel a retreat or training for valid reasons, such as insufficient participants, illness of the teacher, or force majeure. In the event of cancellation by LimosaLimosa, the participant is entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid. The participant is not entitled to any other compensation or damages.
  11. LimosaLimosa reserves the right to exclude individuals from participating in a retreat or training without providing a reason.

LimosaLimosa cannot be held responsible for external noises such as overhead planes, agricultural machinery, farm celebrations, car rallies, walking clubs, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee external silence. Inner silence, however, can still be achieved.
  14. Ticks are present in the nature surrounding LimosaLimosa. The oak processionary caterpillar may also be active. As a participant, you are responsible for taking appropriate measures to prevent tick bites or bites from other insects. Consider wearing long sleeves, tucking trousers into socks, and using preventive measures. Most participants do not experience any issues with the mentioned insects.
  15. Complaints must be submitted to LimosaLimosa in writing and with justification. The complainant will receive a response within 14 days.

LimosaLimosa House Rules

We kindly ask all participants to respect the following house rules during our retreats:

  1. LimosaLimosa is a smoke-free environment. However, there is a designated smoking area in the car park.
  2. The use of alcohol, drugs, including psychedelics in any form, is strictly prohibited during the retreat.
  3. You are welcome as you are. Respect and space for each individual, regardless of religion, beliefs, orientation, gender, nationality, or development, are a key part of LimosaLimosa's DNA – for you and everyone else.
  4. You are a guest at our retreat centre. We provide you with a safe and welcoming environment for you and other participants. Should any damage occur to the property, it will be charged to the person responsible.
  5. The owners of LimosaLimosa live on-site, where there is also a private swimming pool and hot tub. Participants are welcome to use these facilities as guests during warm weather, but entirely at their own risk. These facilities are not part of LimosaLimosa's business operations.
  6. The food products provided at our retreat may contain allergens (European Regulation 1169/2011). Please inform us of any allergies in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot accept responsibility. Always ask our staff for more information on-site.
  7. Taking photos, videos, or sound recordings during the retreat or training is only allowed for a maximum of 10 minutes after the session has ended. It is not allowed to take photos/videos of other participants unless explicit permission is given.
  8. Participants who do not follow the house rules or do not comply with the instructions of the LimosaLimosa team may be removed from the retreat or training. This does not entitle the participant to a refund of course fees.
  9. The accommodation may only be occupied by the maximum number of people specified in the reservation, with one person per bedroom.
  10. The use of barbecues is not allowed due to fire risks (thatched roof), and candles are also not allowed in the bedrooms. The only fire permitted is in the fire pit, fireplaces, and stoves.

  12. The accommodation must be left broom clean, with bedding and towels placed on the floor at the reception. Rubbish bins in the bedrooms and kitchen should be emptied into the waste containers. No dirty dishes should be left behind, and the kitchen, fridge, and oven should be cleaned. Tableware and pans must be put away clean in the correct drawers and cupboards. Dishwashers should either be running or emptied when the guest leaves the accommodation.
  13. Pets are not allowed at LimosaLimosa.

  15. The use, administration, or assistance in the use of psychedelics or related substances, as well as any form of drugs, is strictly prohibited on the LimosaLimosa premises and within 200 meters of it. This entitles LimosaLimosa to terminate the agreement immediately and ask the guest and participants to leave the premises. In such cases, no refund of the rent or part thereof will be provided, and LimosaLimosa is under no obligation to provide any other form of compensation.
  16. In the event of a breach of the rules included in these General Terms and Conditions, LimosaLimosa's house rules, and/or failure to follow staff instructions, LimosaLimosa reserves the right to access the accommodation and/or immediately remove the guest and any other users from the premises, without a refund of the rent or part thereof, and without entitlement to any other compensation.
