Turning Inward – A Vedic Meditation Retreat in December
4-Day Retreat: Friday, December 5 – Monday, December 8, 2025
An invitation to pause
As winter’s longest night approaches
I feel the call to pause
and turn inward
Do you feel it too?
About the Retreat
This retreat will be held in English and is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners of Vedic Meditation.
If you haven’t yet learned Vedic Meditation, I will guide you through the complete 4 day beginner course during the retreat.
What is Vedic Meditation?
Vedic Meditation is a simple, natural, and deeply restorative practice. It is an effortless, eyes-closed technique practiced for 20 minutes twice a day. Unlike methods that rely on concentration or contemplation, this approach teaches us to let go, to drop into deep rest, and to allow the body to release stress layer by layer. This process allows for years of accumulated stress in the body to unwind layer by layer, revealing the full potential of your body and mind.
Additional Practice: Rounding
You will also receive guided instruction in rounding – a retreat practice that combines gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation. This carefully designed sequence offers profound rest in a short time, accelerating the release of deep stress and creating a powerful cumulative effect.
Many participants describe the benefits as equivalent to six months of daily meditation practice. A full reset that leaves you refreshed, grounded, and revitalized for months to come.
